1. Software license
OB-1 is proprietary software owned by OpenBlock Labs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
2. Account and access
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Generate malicious code, malware, or code intended to cause harm.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems without authorization.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, documentation, and content provided by OpenBlock Labs, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service.
You retain ownership of any code, content, or other materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
6. AI-generated output
The Service generates code and suggestions using third-party AI models. AI-generated output should be reviewed before use. You are solely responsible for testing, validating, and determining the suitability of any code or suggestions generated by the Service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. OpenBlock Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenBlock Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if OpenBlock Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
